staff was very helpful after a day walking when i was wet and muddy. the room was cosy. it was well appointed. the dogs were well catered for too. food was also great. there was plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits provided in the room. the bathroom was lovely
the service was not the best. no one came to ask what i wanted after i asked for the menu for desserts.
